How to Start a Return
Simply email us at admin@usenoble.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will respond with next steps and a prepaid return label, if applicable.

Timing & Freshness
Our goods are made with naturally derived ingredients in small batches. To ensure product integrity and fairness, we recommend initiating your return within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges
Prefer something different? We’re happy to set up an exchange. Just let us know what you’d like instead when you contact us.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. This typically takes up to 10 business days.
