I love the product, full stop. After trying Noble’s fragrance sampler, I ordered a beard butter and oil kit in the scent I thought would be the right fit. Over that weekend, though, it became clear that the fragrance was just too strong for my wife, who was sensitive to the aroma. I tried using less, but ultimately decided the unscented kit would be the better choice for us. I contacted Noble and offered to return the product at my own cost, but Brett reached out and exchanged it without any fuss at all. Fast forward to this weekend, and my wife and I are both very pleased with the look and feel of my beard since using the unscented beard butter and oil. The product itself is excellent, but the customer service was even better. Huge shoutout to Brett and the rest of the Noble team for taking care of everything so quickly and professionally. That experience stood in pretty sharp contrast to another company I ordered from recently, (for a totally different and unrelated product.) After I had already placed an order, they sent me a first-contact advertising email offering a bonus free product on my first order. I reached out because it was actually a product I had been interested in adding, but it had been out of stock at the time. The response felt like a slightly edited boilerplate reply and basically told me to hang on to the code for my next order. It did not really answer my question and left me mildly annoyed over what should have been a simple verbal interaction. Noble, on the other hand, showed exactly how you keep a customer. TL;DR: Noble products are great, and the customer service is even better.

So far, so good. The beard butter works nicely, isn't greasy, and applies easily. Combined with the beard oil they work well together. Went with the unscented for now, but may branch out into some of the scents down the road.
